FAQ's

  1. Does the clothing run true to size?  We generally stock sizes U.S. small-large. We do offer up to size XL in select items. Our denim is usually available up to U.S size 15, depending on the vendor. Each vendor runs differently. Unfortunately, it is difficult to gauge this because it depends on multiple factors (i.e; style, cut, fabric). We do have a Return/Exchange policy in place for you. Also, feel free to Contact us for any detailed information before you make your purchase. 
  2. Do you offer plus sizes? Unfortunately, we do not offer any plus-sized apparel. However, we have included multiple accessories that can complement almost any outfit. As our company grows, we plan to expand to meet those requests. 
  3. How long will it take to receive my package? We ship all packages via USPS Priority Mail/Priority Express. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details. 
  4. Refunds? We do not offer refunds at this time. However; we want to ensure that you are satisfied. Please refer to our Return/Exchange policy for more details. 
  5. What if my package is lost? It is possible that a package may be lost during transit. This is an issue that is out of our control. We do provide tracking numbers, with the hope that you track your packages accordingly. We are not responsible for any lost packages we can assure you that we will work diligently with our carrier to help resolve the issue. Please file a claim with USPS. 
  6. How do I become a Royalty Member? At CHER ANGELINA, everyone is treated like royalty. When you shop with us, you become a member automatically. Please refer to our Royalty Membership for more details. 
  7. Will my item be restocked? We have done a few restocks in the past. We plan on moving toward a "No Restock" approach. We want to remain an exclusive & unique brand. In an effort to do so, we prefer to keep new items. 
  8. May I wash the clothing? Many of our pieces are very delicate. We highly recommend hand-washing or dry cleaning ALL merchandise.
  9. Do you design clothing? All of our items are hand selected, by the owner, from quality w domestically & internationally. We do have plans to design/manufacture in the future.

  11. How long have you been in business? We have been in business since 2021.
